When bohemian meets a whole bunch of amazing wedding companies the boho bride is taken to a beautiful new level!
A beautiful wedding dress need to be matched with a loved-up bride, a loved-up bride is all aglow with stunning hair and make-up, a stunning venue needs to be taken to another level with exquisite venue dressing, your guests need to know about your wonderful stationery with wonderful, wedding stationery and it all needs to be captured by a truly talented photographer …. and of course, everyone needs truly scrumptious cake, always …. so when you put all this together you create something that is truly special and has all the WOW factors you could ever want for your wedding day.
Last month we headed over to Thornton Manor to work on a Bohemian photo shoot for Your Cheshire and Merseyside Wedding magazine with Flamingo Boulevard Bridal Studio, Aubyn Design, Boutique Bakery, Sisterhood Liverpool, Stationery Queen and we asked Jaine Briscoe-Price Photography to capture all the fun we had our beautiful model Kayleigh Hayes … from smoke bombs and leaf throwing to cake tasting and pampas grass chasing, we had a ball!
It is so important to book wedding suppliers that understand what you want and understands you as a person; and it’s the same principle for a photo shoot, everybody just clicked and the result was pretty spectacular.
Long after the buzz of your wedding day has ended, the most treasured memento of your amazing day will be your photographs so find the photographer that is right for you – does their style suit what you want? If their style of photographer is right for you, does their personality fit in with yours? Jaine from Jaine Briscoe-Price Photography is a visual story-teller; combining creativity with a knack for understanding what is needed to make the perfect shot. We knew what we wanted for this shoot and Jaine delivered to give us absolutely mesmorising photography.
For the brides wanting ‘different’ but still bridal, modern but still classic, edgy but still pretty … you need Flamingo Boulevard Bridal Studio. From beautifully bohemian to drastically dreamy, Jazmin understands that some brides want to be different so she has put together a gorgeous collection of dresses for brides who want to be themselves on their wedding day. She is the one who will be fighting your corner telling you to wear what YOU want – your day, your way!
Every bride looks beautiful! They have a glow about them that is priceless and doesn’t come from a bottle but to emphasise that glow, make sure you book yourself a hair and make-up artist – your wedding day is not the day for a ‘that will do’ look and Sisterhood Liverpool and Sisterhood Bridal know all about getting that beautifully, natural glow and adding the finishing touches to it … so it stays all day.
A venue fit for Royalty, a Grade II listed building and not one but four exclusive locations within the stunning landscape gardens to choose from … this is what Thornton Manor Estate has to offer. From the traditional Manor House, to a Lakeside Marquee whichever location you choose, you will have exclusive access each within its own grounds of this award-winning luxury venue.
No matter how beautiful your venue is, you can always take it to another level with beautiful flowers and a venue dresser that really knows how to bring a venue to life. Aubyn Designs is a visual creator! She creates a visial experience that you and your guests will talk about for a long time after the wedding because she creates the WOW factory!
Yes you can have your cake and eat it – why not, it is your wedding day and when you have a Boutique Bakery they look too good to eat but don’t let that stop you because they taste truly scrumptious too! We highly recommend the Raspberry Bakewell cake, Nicola made us one for the shoot and I’ve never seen so many people devour a cake so quickly – DELICIOUS!!!
And there is no point having a wedding if you don’t tell your guests when and where to go (we are totally ignoring 2020 and all things Covid!!) for this you need stunning stationery and as Thornton Manor has had many Royal visitors over the year, who better than the Stationery Queen to design your wedding stationery for you.
See the full shoot in Your Cheshire and Merseyside Wedding magazine in February and keep an eye out for blogs about each of the amazing suppliers above over the next few days.
