Everyone has heard of the Liverpool Town Hall and most of you will have walked or driven past it at some point but how many of you have actually been inside? We imagine not many of you, which is why you need to visit the Liverpool Town Hall Wedding Show this Sunday because this venue is Liverpool’s best kept secret ….
The Grade 1 listed Liverpool Town Hall is a truly stunning Georgian building in the heart of the city, and one of the finest surviving town halls of the 18th Century.
The majestic building is full of rich history and elegance. With a beautiful, sweeping staircase which makes a grand entrance through to a truly extensive choice of stunning rooms to choose from which make an awe-inspiring backdrop for both wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts – which will undoubtedly WOW you and your guests.
The rooms can accommodate small intimate weddings in the East and West Reception Rooms through to a choice of Small and Large Ballrooms which are ideal for larger weddings. The Town Hall caters for all types of wedding celebrations, including traditional weddings, multi-cultural weddings, Jewish and Asian ceremonies, same sex ceremonies and the renewal of vows.
The Small Ballroom is a sumptuous space for creating a grand, yet intimate atmosphere. With its three magnificent early 19th Century crystal chandeliers, minstrels galleries and original Georgian fireplaces. It makes a perfect setting for civil marriage ceremonies or dining for up to 80 guests.
